Make sure that builder knows about ventilations. This is quite common mistake recently, and we know so many examples when they were not installed. To have two ventilation s absolutely essential — one at low level that brings fresh air in (usually under the low bench), and another, under the ceiling or on the ceiling — that releases the hot air after you complete your sauna session
Without ventilation your sauna is not breathing, and as well as you.
It is not good for your sauna as after some time cladding might start bending, the sauna will not dry out effectively, mold starts grooving, etc

Sauna heater manual has all important installation information. Make sure that you and your builder read it through before doing anything as manual information might make a correction to your initial plan
Ideally, the same builder does internal wall and ceiling cladding, as well as instals the furniture. He knows where communications are (electrical cables, wall frame bars, water pines, etc.) Experience builder will mark them to avoid any damage when it is a time for benches installation

Even professionals made mistakes. We had a client whose builder panelled the whole sauna interior with cladding backwards. It looked fine, but we can only guess how panels will behave over time
There are no stupid questions to ask. There are so many different materials to build with, and both sides of the cladding boards can look pretty, but only one has to be the front on

Sauna benches cannot be made of tiles. Heat will not allow people to seat on it. Even a towel will not help. Tiles are good options for the floor, not the benches though
Traditional sauna heater cannot be used in Hammam. They are not design for it. In Hammam generator is used to create certain humidity and temperature level. But this is another story
